Deutsche Bank Championship
The Deutsche Bank Championship is a professional PGA Tour golf competition that occurs every year on Labor Day weekend. The tournament began in 2003 and is held at the Tournament Players Club of Boston in Norton, Massachusetts. TPC Boston is a private golf club located in Norton, Massachusetts, approximately 25 miles south of Boston, it is operated by the PGA Tour TPC Network, is rated as par 72 and has a length of 7241 yards.
The tournament has a purse of $7,500,000 with a winner share of about $1,350,000. The format of the competition is stroke play and is usually played in. This year the competition is going to take place from September 03 to September 06, 2010. The tournament is part of the FedEx Cup playoffs since 2007.
